Peter Trombetti is Managing Partner of The Oficio Group,  a recruitment firm that concentrates on placing military veterans and non-military Engineering Talent in management and executive posts. Peter also directs the firm’s sales and business development efforts. As a recruiter, he strives to match a candidate’s background and abilities to an organization’s culture and goals.

In 1993, Peter launched his career with Accenture, a professional services leader. As a Partner, he led one of its business development unit. Under his unit, associates advised top corporations and responsibilities included developing business strategy, analyzing regulatory changes, improving sales force performance, assisting with mergers, and consulting on new products. During his nearly 15-year tenure with Accenture, Peter helped his clients improve their performance on multiple fronts; including increased sales force productivity and helped to generate $75+ million in new revenue. He holds a Bachelor of Finance and an MBA.
